In full conformity with in FPA 1981–2007, and available in a range of sizes, the FPS 7000 gives the user a highly unobstructed field of vision.
This safety facemask has been designed to allow incoming air to enter the facemask via its dedicated one way valve allowing air to be evenly distributed over the inside of the visor.
This advanced design feature helps to prevent fogging and the possibility of cross contamination to the lung demand valve.
To remain in full conformity with an FPA 2007 (communication requirements) Drager have excelled themselves with regards the new design elements of the mechanical speech diaphragm allowing enhanced communication between firefighters.
The body of the mask is made of a highly durable EPDM rubber that provides an airtight seal and at the same time is extremely comfortable.
The FPS 7000 features a unique triple edged seal which follows the contours of the user's face giving the best possible airtight seal.
Quick to Don and ergonomically designed the FPS mask also incorporates a voice amplifier system and twin speakers on the left and right of the mask giving excellent speech clarity and surround sound.
If required the FPS 7000 can easily be integrated into a wireless radio system, such as the FPS-COM-PLUS, it is also fully submersible and can easily be cleaned without having to be removed from the mask itself.
