It is manufactured from a (DuPont/ Tychem TK) seven layer heavy duty non woven chemical barrier fabric, is double taped with welded seams and fully encapsulated, allowing the wearer to wear breathing equipment inside the suit.
Featuring a multi laminated large viewing visor that is treated for non misting, giving the clearest possible viewing area for the wearer and a Velcro suit flap that covers the zip teeth, the heavy duty zip being 122cm long on the right hand side.
This suit also features bat wing sleeves and adjustable internal support belt for maximum comfort and Respirex locking cuffs.
The gloves are a dual design consisting of an outer neoprene glove for mechanical protection, bonded to a chemically protective laminated inner glove, for maximum protection and user comfort, while minimising mechanical obstruction.
The 1A-ET suit exclusively features integral socks that have outer splash guards or Respirex’s own Hazmax safety boots (FPA) CE marked to EN ISO 20345:2004 & EN345-2:1996 these are highly resistant to many chemicals.
Included in the design are exhalation valves to ensure pressure levels inside the suit do not exceed 400 pascals per minute and each suit is fully tested for leak tightness to EN464 prior to shipping.
Sizes available are XXL, XL, L, M S These high performance suits are tested for 15 chemicals as listed in EN943-2:2002(ET).
It is guaranteed for a shelf life of 10 years and maintenance free for 5 years.
