Drager Chip Measurement System
We have an extensive range of Drager chip measurement system chips. The Drager Chip Measurement System (CMS) is known wordwide as being one of the most accurate and reliable portable detection systems currently available for spot gas measurements.
Regardless of which type of gas you wish to detect and measure, the instruments all work the same way. You simply insert the chip, start measuring and read the results on the display. The Drager CMS uses a combination of the world famous Drager tubes with an optoelectronic analysis system. The defining two elements of the system are the analyser and the chip, which is substance specific.
After measuring, the chip is automatically ejected from the unit which then shuts down. At the end of each operating step an audible beep is sounded. Calibration by the user is unnecessary as the chips are pre calibrated at the Drager factory.
The CMS chips are available for detecting the following gases and vapours (at a variety of concentrations);
Chlorine, Ammonia, Benzine, Perchloroethylene, Hydrogen sulphide, Nitrous, carbon dioxide, Hydrchloric acid, Sulphur dioxide, Nitrogen dioxide,Vinyl chloride, Petroleum, Toluene, Xylene, Petroleum hydrocarbons, Propane, Trichloroethylene, Acetic acid, Phosgene, Mercaptan, Ethanol, Methanol, Propanol(iso) Phosphine, Ozone, Hydrogen peroxide, Oxygen, Methyl chloride, Methyl tert Ether, Formaldehyde styrene as well as Drager Training chips.
