Drager (Draeger) Oxy K 50 S/K 30 S/K 30 E

These self-rescuing emergency escape breathing units use chemically bound oxygen and are designed to make the user independent of the ambient air in hazardous work environments such as; Offshore Drilling Rigs, Petro- Chemical Installations, or anywhere where there is the likelihood of the air becoming unbreathable with little in the way of notice.

In other words, when emergency strikes with no warning and you need emergency air straight away!

These units are guaranteed for up to 10 years of maintenance and service free readiness for use for (when stored safely).

The Draeger Oxy K50/30 units are equipped with a built- in service indicator so their readiness for use is clearly visible from the outside.

They are extremely easy to use and to don quickly, supplying the user with immediate breathing air via the integrated quick starter cartridg. They are fully EN 13794 compliant and rated for safe use in temperature classes T1, T2, T3 and -T4. Gas protection goggles are included as standard along with mouthpiece and nose clip.

They are available as wall-mounted (K30E) or shoulder- mounted units (K30S) with 30 minutes of breathable air supply and also 50 minutes for the shoulder- mounted version (K50S). Draeger will take care of the disposal of damaged, opened, used or expired OxyK30 & K50 units free of charge.
