Drager (Draeger) X-am 2500 Gas Monitor

The Draeger X-am 2500 is a 1 to 4 gas detector designed specifically for personal protection. This unit is ideal for detection of combustible and hazardous gases including CO1, O2, SO2, NO2 & H2S.
It features gas entry from 2 sides and a highly visible alarm (360° visibility). It will detect even when the front side is covered (for instance, inside the wearer's pocket).

It is water and dust resistant, easy to operate and has dual sensors. It offers the lowest operating costs and a very high degree of safety along with extremely robust design.

This unit is fully IP67 compliant and features secure attachment by crocodile clip, securing it to the wearer's clothing and the large display delivers at a glance values, precision and long service life.

The Drager X-am 2500 is designed to be fully compatible with the Dräger X-dock station for calibration and testing procedures.

It offers excellent and reliable personal protection when entering confined spaces.

Ideal for use in industries like oil refineries and mining even the lowest levels of Hydrogen sulphide can be easily detected in the workplace.

Due to the lead free non consumptive oxygen sensor you can expect very long service life (over 5 years) and this contributes a great deal to the unit's low operating costs.

Fully IEC/EN 60079-29-1 approved, this personal gas detector has an impressively high resistance to Hydrogen sulphide and silicone as well as a high sensitivity to combustible gases and vapours.

Zone 0 Ex approved this unit has been designed specifically for environments with a high risk of explosion.
