Product Reference

Airline Range

The Scott Safety Airline breathing apparatus range is ideal for many industrial applications; the Airline system is ideally suited to environments where clean breathing air is not available, providing a very high degree of respiratory protection for long duration use.

Using a medium- pressure air hose, the Sabre range of breathing apparatus is designed for use in such environments as sewer entry, spray-painting military aircraft and cleaning out tanks, anywhere where you need a low level of bulkiness, no weight and a constant supply of breathable air.

The Scott Safety Airline components are completely modular in design, allowing an unprecedented level of flexibility and suitability for multiple configurations and environments where a constant supply of air is required.

More Information

The Scott Safety MODULAIR Airline Trolley is designed to provide clean air combined with portability and is ideally suited to restricted access areas. This unit is fully approved to EN139 and AS1716.

It is a very robust and versatile unit, consisting of a stainless steel hose reel unit and cylinder frame that is highly lightweight and meant to be used either together or independently.

The frame can also use paired cylinders if required and it can even be connected to an additional frame allowing vertical stacking for use with up to 4 cylinders. This configuration allow up to 4 people to work simultaneously.

This unit can be fitted with a medium pressure warning whistle or DS4 automatic distress signal unit to safeguard against any possible drops in supply pressure.

The Scott Safety FLITE, used with any of the Sabre positive- pressure face masks consists of a lightweight easy- to- don bandolier harness, along with padded shoulder strap, safety locking coupling and Tempest positive- pressure demand valve with first- breath activation.

This unit is invaluable in any IDLH or oxygen- deficient situation, providing the user with breathable air when used with a medium- pressure airline. Approved to EN139 and AS1716.

The FLITE ESCAPE gives the user the option of an escape cylinder that can be added to the airline breathing apparatus unit at any time, serving as an important safety backup system in the event of airline supply failure.

This system is well suited to confined space or hazardous environments where there can be high levels of H2S, such as in the oil and gas industry. Approved to EN139 EN402 and AS1716.

The 10 and 15- minute steel cylinders, which are available, are also offered in a 13-minute super light carbon composite configuration.

Highly simple to operate and to service, the FLITE ESCAPE is a highly dependable and reliable backup breathing apparatus.

The Scott Safety RAS (respiratory airline system) has been designed for situations where a hazardous atmosphere is known to be present and there is a semi- permanent airline network infrastructure. Approved to EN139 and AS1716.

The system is based on a positive pressure design including a face mask that is both DIN40 mm thread filter connecting and positive pressure.

Greater freedom of movement is allowed using a filter when there is external oxygen available, but when the contaminant level is higher the user can connect into an airline system and work under positive pressure.

This system is compatible with the Vision 3 and Promask positive pressure face mask.

The Scott Safety RAS ASBESTOS is designed to supply medium- pressure air, whilst protecting against particulates down to the 0.01 micron range. It is approved to EN139 and AS1716.

This unit is based on the RAS design along with an in-line filter and features a unique coated wipe- clean webbing bandolier, which aids decontamination after being used.

We love dealing with Resmar as they can always help when there is an issue. Our ship needed a repair of some gas monitors in Immingham. We called on a Friday afternoon and an engineer was there that night. A couple of hours later we were all fixed and ready to leave at high tide with our calibration certificate.
